Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following countries:
• New Zealand
• Australia
We do not ship internationally outside of these two regions at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
New Zealand Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Australia Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather disruptions, or peak shipping periods.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.
Shipping Delays or Address Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you as best we can.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our delivery partners to investigate and resolve the issue
